What is My Portfolio?

My Portfolio is your personal online account for where you can access important updates and information about your upcoming journey, including health and safety notices. You’ll also be able to:

  • Research, manage, and plan your future journeys with your personal Travel Planner
  • Manage payments and view invoices
  • Review flight itineraries, and request upgrades and changes
  • Access your journey itinerary, accommodations, and amenities
  • Customize your journey with complimentary Concierge services
  • Purchase Vantage’s Travel Protection Plan and protect your investment
  • View exclusive Last-Minute Travel Deals, find traveling companions, and more
How do I register for My Portfolio?

Click here to register for My Portfolio. You will be taken to a new page where you can fill in your contact information and choose a password. When creating a password, please note:

  • Passwords are case-sensitive
  • Passwords must be between 6-10 characters and may contain numbers and/or letters

Then click the “Sign Up” button.

Where can I find My Portfolio?

You can click “Login” at the top of every page on our website to access My Portfolio. You will be prompted to enter your customer # or email address and password. Please note: You may be asked to confirm your information again when accessing secure personal information. Click here sign in to My Portfolio

I am already signed in, why am I being asked to enter my username and password again?
Your privacy is important, and we want to make sure you are comfortable entering your information online. For added security, we will ask you to confirm your information again before displaying any personal information.
What is “Remember Me”?
When you check the “Remember Me” box from the My Portfolio log in screen, you will remain logged in for 365 days, although you may be asked to reconfirm your information when accessing secure personal information. You may actively select to sign out at any time. Please note: When you uncheck “Remember Me,” you will not remain logged in, but if you are a returning user, you will still see your name displayed.
What is “This isn’t Me”?

This feature is most common when there are multiple accounts for your household. Click on “This Isn’t Me” to clear all stored information and return to the log in screen. You will need to log in again with your own account credentials to restore your My Portfolio information.

What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to recover your password. You will be prompted to generate a password reset email.
Why haven't I received an email to reset my password?
If you requested an email to reset your My Portfolio password and haven't received it within an hour, please add concierge@vantagetravel.com to your email address book. You should also check your spam or junk filter, as the emails may appear there.
