Vantage Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Referral Cash Rewards: Cash rewards are awarded approximately 14 days after referrals depart on their first journey and paid in the form of a check.
Rewards are to be applied in the form of a Trip Vouchers within approximately 14 days of earning. Referrers may elect to earn rewards in the form of the equivalent value of cash. Awardees MUST notify Vantage of their decision within 30 days of earning to qualify for the cash payout.
Cash and Free Travel rewards for referring guests are not combinable with Group Travel rewards or Travel Agent commissions. New Cash rewards are effective for referrals as of 1/1/21. Referrals prior to 1/1/21 are subject to a different cash reward structure and may be subject to additional Free Travel qualification restrictions — please call for details.
Free Trip Vouchers must be applied within one year of earning but may be applied toward any journey of any value. Vouchers may be used toward Base Journey cost as well as all journey enhancements with the exception of Travel Protection. Travel Protection values for a redeemed Free Trip will be based on the full value of the selected journey. Vouchers may not be transferred to another traveler.
In the event of trip cancellation for any reason, the Free Trip may be rebooked, provided it is still within the one-year redemption window. Standard Vantage Travel terms and conditions apply.
There is no limit to the cash and Free Travel you can earn. After earning your first Free Trip, you will continue to earn for each new couple referred as per the reward plan. Cash rewards may be subject to tax. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
