When writing about his first time seeing Zimbabwe’s spectacular Victoria Falls, David Livingstone said “scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight.” This optional ‘Flight of Angels’ helicopter excursion actually gives you the chance to see the falls from a bird’s-eye view. This, the most popular of local helicopter flights, lifts off less than two miles from the town center of Victoria Falls and takes you over the Zambezi River to fly a complete circuit above the Falls in both directions.
