Nacho got his start with Vantage as a Program Manager in 2003 and hasn’t looked back since. He has led tours throughout South America, Africa, and Europe for nearly 20 years, and has since gained tremendously valuable experience in the process. Having accumulated thousands of nautical and aerial miles, and close to 40 visits to Antarctica, Nacho now possesses a deep understanding of guests' expectations, tour engineering, and venues.

Currently you can find him planning expeditions, contracting top global vendors, and developing quality action plans to improve our travelers' experiences at every level. Nacho is a father of two and an avid outdoor sports enthusiast.
